We require a copy of the invoice along with the return.

To ensure prompt delivery, it is advised that the item is returned via UPS or insured USPS for your protection.

Allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed from the time that the merchandise is received.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

*Please note: Your financial institution may take approximately 7-10 business days to reflect refund to your account.

If your packaged was damaged during transit, refuse delivery from the carrier if possible. If not, you must notify us within 2 business days in order to make a claim with the carrier.

Do NOT discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and the contents. Take photos and notify us by email @ selenasamuel@prefaifashion.com
